Restoration Outreach Ministries, Inc., is composed of members who have committed themselves to establishing facilities and a safe haven for Low Income, At Risk Youth as well as working with Gang Member, Runaways, Domestic Violent, Child Abuse, Human Trafficking Awareness Education & Prevention.
