Pastor Roscoe and Deloris Johnson, Sr., are powerful & influential leaders who serve with integrity and excellence. Pastor Roscoe Johnson, Sr., has been the Senior Pastor of Restoration Outreach Ministries since April 1999. . His right hand Deloris, she strongly supports her husband and serves as Co-Pastor of Restoration Outreach Ministries. Pastor Roscoe & Deloris have been married 38 years. They have two wonderful children and five amazing grandchildren.

Senior Pastor Roscoe Johnson, Sr., is a motivational speaker, preacher & teacher. He has a burning desire to preach, teach, advocate & minister the Bible to the congregation and the community. Pastor Roscoe is a graduate of Jacksonville Theology Seminary. He has a BA in Theology.

Deloris is a motivational speaker, teacher, preacher and lecturer. Deloris is a graduate of Jacksonville Theology Seminary. She has a BA in Christian Counseling.  Deloris is a voice for the children. Child Abuse, Ceritified Coach/ CCA/ICF, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking Awareness, Education and Prevention. 

Pastor (s) Roscoe and Deloris Johnson mission is to help God's people. They encourage every believer to become a prayer warrior, engaging in daily prayer for themselves and others. Preparing for spiritual warfare by arming themselves with the word of God so that they can defeat the evil forces that may arise in your life. Yes, this includes marriages in order to build stronger family units through training and education of parents and their children in the biblical, moral values of God's family structure.
